1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using a Mathilda product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Not a medical device
Mathilda is a safety and wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for emergency services, a medical alert system, or professional medical care. Always call your local emergency number in a medical emergency.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Some features (village alerts, professional monitoring) require a subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; refunds are governed by Section 5.
4. Warranty
Mathilda products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See the Warranty Card in the box for details.
5. Returns & refunds
30-day return window from delivery. Items must be in original condition. Shipping is refunded if the return is due to a defect.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathilda's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior 12 months.
